YOUTH PROGRAMS

The Florida Institute of Performance currently offers training programs for youth and high school athletes committed to improving their performance. Many experts view the ages of 12 -18 as the most ideal ages for developing speed, strength and power over an athlete’s entire lifetime. At Florida Institute of Performance, all of our training programs are customized and tailored to the individual needs and sport of our athletes.

All training programs include an evaluation, performance testing, nutritional information, and access to our preferred supplementation & nutrition products. Spots are limited and enrollment is based on an athlete’s commitment level.
