What our clients are saying about the Florida Institute of Performance…

Jon Octeus – Windy City Bulls (Chicago Bulls Affiliate)

“Spent about 3 weeks with the guys over at Florida Institute of Performance and I must say, was one of the best decisions I’ve made this offseason. Between the growth in mobility, strength, and flexibility, I haven’t felt this good in a long time. Perfect timing going into my 2nd Season with the Chicago Bulls affiliate squad this season. Looking to spend the rest of my off seasons working with the staff at FIP for seasons to come”.  – Former: Purdue University & Royal Palm Beach High School

Derek Dietrich

“The highly trained and experienced performance staff at FIP helped create a unique and custom training program that incorporated specific exercises and movements that enabled me to improve as a professional athlete. I wanted a program that was specific to baseball and that would allow me to excel on both sides of the ball. David and Barrett provided me with the knowledge, tools, and resources to do just that. I am grateful for opportunity provided by FIP to improve daily, and would encourage athletes of all ages and levels to take advantage of a chance to become your best! ”

Kyle Khachadourian – Charleston Southern University

Florida Institute of Performance helped me to become the player and man I am today. Without these guys I would still be the average lefty pitcher I was a couple years ago. They helped me strengthen and take care of my arm recovery. Thanks Dave!
